Welcome, I'm So Glad You're Here!

Most people who find themselves on my website are looking for help for themselves, their children, or their relationship.

Have you found yourself in a difficult and inescapable place lately? Maybe no one else can see it, but you haven't felt like yourself.  Your patience for others-nonexistent. Not to mention irritability, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed with a multitude of other emotions. Do you constantly feel unsatisfied? Are you having trouble feeling connected or can't turn off your brain to focus on what's happening right now?

Maybe your sleep habits have changed and you feel tired all the time. Your days run together in a blur and it seems like nothing ever changes. You worry that you are doing something wrong; that it won't get better. You feel unsure of where to go from here.

You wonder why is this happening? Why do you keep doing the same thing and expect a different outcome?

Do you worry about your child? Their ability to control their emotions, express themselves or cope with stress? Do they struggle in school, seem anxious or irritable, or maybe they are even acting out? You're not sure how to help them or what to do next?

Do you feel constant tension or lack of connection between you and the people you love? Whether it's your significant other or your family, do you feel like everything is a constant struggle?

Do you wish you could just wave a magic wand and fix it? To just know what to say or do to make things better?

If you are still with me, Good, because I am here to help!
